How can I start the Skin thread, please?

Hi,

As the soon-to-be proud owner of a signed copy of Mo's Skin, courtesy of my name being drawn out of the hat for being a registrant on here, I would like to know how I can actually start the thread off, if only to say how excited I am to be in receipt of my copy in the near future.
